How to remove my account from Equita lyon app ?

There are 2 ways to delete your account. From the Equita Lyon application, by following the steps indicated on this page. Or by submitting your request using the form below.

Follows the steps

1. Click on the "user" icon at the top right of your phone's screen. To access your account information.

2. Click on the "Delete my account" link at the bottom of the "Information" tab.

3. Once you have clicked on "Delete my account", you will be asked if you want to permanently delete your account and all your personal information.
